These terms apply to your use of Bilrost, including the Bilrost add-in for Microsoft Excel (together, the “Service”), provided by Bilrost, Inc. (“Bilrost”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your organization’s agreement comes first

The Service is provided to businesses under a signed agreement with Bilrost, such as our Cloud Service Agreement. If your organization has one, that agreement governs your use of the Service, and it controls wherever it differs from these terms.

2. Accounts and access

You need a Bilrost account to use the Service. Accounts are issued to people who work for, or on behalf of, a Bilrost customer. Installing the Excel add-in does not by itself give you access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@bilrost.ai if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You will use the Service only for your organization’s internal business purposes, and you will not:

• access data, accounts or parts of the Service you are not authorized to use;

• reverse engineer, copy, modify or create derivative works of the Service, except where the law does not allow this restriction;

• interfere with, test the security of, or put an unreasonable load on the Service;

• use the Service to build a competing product; or

• use the Service in violation of any law, or to submit content you do not have the right to submit.

4. Your content

You and your organization keep all rights in the documents, workbooks and data you submit or work with through the Service (“Your Content”). We use Your Content only to provide, secure, support and improve the Service for your organization, as described in our Privacy Policy and your organization’s agreement. We do not use Your Content to train third-party general-purpose or foundation models.

5. Results need human review

The Service uses artificial intelligence to organize documents and to extract and check loan data. Its results can be incomplete or wrong. They support your work; they are not a substitute for your own review, and they are not legal advice, an appraisal, or a lending decision. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other customers at risk.

7. Disclaimer

Except as stated in a signed agreement with your organization, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

Except as stated in a signed agreement with your organization, and to the maximum extent the law allows, Bilrost will not be liable for lost profits or revenues, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
